Vehicles and Garages

Vehicles are persistent assets linked to your character and faction garage.

Buying a vehicle

1. Obtain the required vehicle licence.

2. Open the correct dealership interaction.

3. Choose a vehicle and available texture.

4. Ensure the spawn area is clear before purchasing.

Garage types

Vehicles are stored by faction and type. Civilian, Police, NHS and HAVOC garages are separate, and land, air and boat garages may use different interactions. A vehicle placed in the wrong category may not appear where you expect it.

Retrieving and storing

Use the matching garage to retrieve an inactive vehicle. When finished, use Store Vehicle at a compatible garage. The vehicle should be close to the interaction point and must meet the storage conditions.

Protecting your vehicle

• Keep it locked when unattended.
• Do not abandon valuable cargo in an exposed location.
• Store the vehicle before disconnecting or a scheduled restart.
• Use your key chain carefully when granting access to others.
• Report missing database vehicles through the website with the vehicle class, plate and approximate time.

Compensated vehicles

Staff compensation adds an inactive vehicle directly to the selected faction and vehicle-type garage. Retrieve it from the matching garage named in the compensation decision.
